Terms Of Service

Pre-Clean Prep: Although not required, clearing surfaces of clutter or toys allows full focus and time to be devoted to cleaning.

Valuables: Secure jewelry, cash, and credit cards in a safe or locked drawer. We are not responsible for unsecured high-value items. If we discover these items we will skip that area or clean around them.

Cleaning Technicians: We dispatch one cleaning technician for homes that require less than 6 hours or two technicians if the scope of work requires more than 6 hours to complete. The number of cleaning technicians dispatched has no impact on the cost of your clean, it simply reduces the total time we will be in your home. Examples below;
1 cleaning tech for 6 hours = 6 billable hours
2 cleaning techs for 3 hours = 6 billable hours

Biohazards: We do not clean mold, blood, bodily fluids, or animal/human waste. These areas will be skipped for the cleaning technicians safety.

Cross Contamination: We do not service homes with pest or infestations. (Fleas, bedbugs, cockroaches, etc.) Should we arrive and discover an active infestation we will not provide service. Full payment will be required.

Cancellation: We require 24 hours' notice for all changes. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $50 fee.

Access & Parking: You are not required to be present during your clean. Please provide gate codes or lockbox info in advance. Accessible parking must be available near the entrance. Advise in advance if paid parking is required. The cost will be applied to your service fee.

Pets: Please secure pets in a crate or separate room if you are not present. We cannot be responsible for pets exiting through open doors.

Supplies & Equipment: We provide all cleansers with the exception of special surface cleansers. Use of your cleansers will be at our discretion. We provide all tools and equipment; however, due to cross contamination we prefer to use your vacuum.

Payment: We require a card on file to secure an appointment. For your first visit, if you prefer not to provide a card, we are happy to accept a $100 non refundable deposit via Venmo or Zelle prior to service. (the deposit will be applied directly to your service total). This secures your spot on our calendar and allows us to establish trust moving forward. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. We do not accept checks.

Tipping: Tipping is not required but greatly appreciated. Most clients leave a cash tip on the kitchen counter with a post it note. Alternatively, you can add a tip to your service fee.

Refund Policy: We have a non-negotiable no refund and no credit policy. Simply snap a photo and contact us within 24 hours of service. We will return and re-clean any area or surface included in your scope of work.

Liability: We are insured and bonded. Please report any breakage within 24 hours. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or improperly installed fixtures.

Re-Clean Policy: Our 24-hour result guarantee applies to The High-Traffic Refresh and The Luxe Deep Clean tiers. For The Priority Focus and Light Housekeeping, our guarantee covers the quality of the tasks performed, but does not extend to the completion of the list or any task not performed.
